The number of guests has been reduced, by prevention, to 150 personalities, nearly five times less than the last edition, and the opening ceremony would take place at the Palais des Sports “Sports palace” in Ouagadougou (5,000 seats) instead of the Joseph-Conombo Municipal Stadium (25,000 seats).
