The Polisario Front, legitimate representative of the Sahrawi people,  has become a consultative member of the Socialist International association, representation of the Front in London announced.

Five of the eight members of the IS ethics committee met in Cartagena in Colombia,  granted the consultative member status to the Polisario Front, representative of the Polisario to the UK Mohamed Limam Mohamed Ali said.

Mali:

The implementation of the Peace and Reconciliation Agreement in Mali is ongoing with the installation of the new interim authorities in Kidal.

Kidal was followed by Colonel Hassane Fagaga as the head of the interim Regional Council, In this aspect, Gao and Menaka would be installed soon.

The aim of this operation is to restore Malian State’s control over the northern regions

USA/ Algeria:

Money laundering is minimal thanks to banking control, said US Department of State.

The Department of State highlighted,  in its 32nd report on drug trafficking and financial crimes in the world for the year 2017 , that money laundering in Algeria is minimal thanks to bank control and exchange regulations.

Algeria/ Belgium:

President of the Republic, Abdelaziz Bouteflika, has congratulated, in a message,  his Bulgarian counterpart, Rumen Radev, on the occasion of the national Day, in which he renewed his readiness to work for the development of the relations of mutual interest, as well as constructive cooperation.

Tunisia:

Tunisian Minister of Foreign Affairs, ‘ Khémaies Jhinaoui’ will pay,  on Saturday, March 4, a working visit to Algeria, where he will co-chair the 19th session of the Algerian-Tunisian Monitoring Commission, with Abdelkader Messahel, the Minister of Maghreb Affairs , The African Union and the League of Arab States.

IMF:

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) mission will pay a visit to Algeria between March 7th and 20 for the annually consultations of the Algerian economy, said the head of IMF mission to Algeria Jean François Dauphin.

The mission is under article IV of the IMF statutes and will deal with Algerian economy, developments and shortages as well as means to follow to further beef it up.
