An armed terrorist killed near Tizi Ouzou

  •     The terrorist was part of a group that was hung by the military to 09:00 in the forests of Djemaa Saharidj, twenty kilometers east of Tizi-Ouzou, the sources indicated.

        Several members of the group managed to flee.

        This is the fifth terrorist killed in a week in the region where the army began an operation.

        Three elements of Al Qaeda in Islamic Maghreb (Aqmi, former Salafist Group for Preaching and Combat) were killed on 8 May near Maatkas and another the next day.
