The Minister of Energy, Mustapha Guitouni insisted, Monday evening in Oran, on the delivery of the project of the Boutlélis power plant in May next.
During a visit to the site, the Minister emphasized the catching up of the delay and the total reception of the project by May 2018 to meet all the demands, especially in the western region of the province.
Mr. Guitouni insisted, especially, on the entry into service of the first gas turbine with a capacity of 223 megawatts next June and the second turbine with the same capacity in July, while recommending the launch of the experimentation phase, respectively in March and next April.
