No less than 3,923 traders and economic operators are mobilized in various sectors to ensure permanence, during the two days of Aid El Fitr, at the level of four provinces in the west of Algeria, APS said on, Thursday, citing the Regional Trade Directorate of the province of Oran.
In this regard, the provinces of Oran, Ain Temouchent, Mostaganem and Sidi Bel-Abbes mobilized 537 bakeries (180 of them in the province of Oran), and 2,714 fruit and vegetable traders, including 530 in Oran, Fayçal Tayeb, the Regional Director of the region said.
This permanence is also concerning 28 dairies, including three in the province of Oran, 46 flour mills and two mineral water units (Oran and Tlemcen), and 596 traders activating in other domains, Fayçal Tayeb added .
To ensure the success of this permanence, coordination is foreseen between the province branches of the General Union of Algerian Traders and Craftsmen (UGCAA), to sensitize traders of this permanence, where 490 agents of the commerce services of the provinces mentioned above are also mobilized on the two days of the Aid el Fitr .
