Algeria - The final results of the poll will be announced Friday at 11 am, revealed, in a statement, the ANIE.
The voter turnout at the closing of the polling stations reached 41.14%, announced the body’s Chief Mohamad Charfi.
The number of voters, thus, reached 9,692,077 out of the more than 24 million voters registered.
The national voter turnout reached 33.06% at 5 pm, according to Mohamed Charfi, president of the ANIE who specified that in certain provinces the rate has exceeded 50%.
