ALGIERS- Scorching temperatures up to 47 degrees Celsius in the shades are expected, on Tuesday, in several provinces in the country, the National Meteorological Service said in a Special Weather Statement.
The office issued a red alert for high temperatures as the mercury climbs to over 47 degrees Celsius in the shade in some parts of the country.
The concerned provinces: Skikda, Annaba, El Tarf and Guelma.
Bulletin validity: From Midday till Wednesday.
