ALGIERS- The Algerian Mouloud LATRECHE has been rewarded by the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs as part of Foreign Minister’s Commendations for FY 2022, announced the Algerian Embassy in Japan in a press release.
“The Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced, on 05.08.2022, that it had rewarded the Algerian Mouloud LATRECHE, President of the “Japan Karate Association Algeria”, as part of Foreign Minister’s Commendations for FY 2022,” read the Embassy’s communiqué.
Up to 197 people and 48 groups (24 people and 8 groups reside in Japan, and 173 people and 40 groups reside abroad) were rewarded this year by the Japanese Ministry.
Noting that the Foreign Minister’s Commendations are awarded to individuals and groups with outstanding achievements in international fields, in order to acknowledge their contributions to the promotion of friendship between Japan and other countries and areas. The Commendations also aim to promote the understanding and support of the Japanese public for the activities of the recipients.
