Special weather bulletin: Snowfall to cover eastern, central reliefs


ALGIERS- Snowfall is expected to cover, Sunday, Dec 09th, 2022, eastern reliefs exceeding 800 meters of altitude, and central ones exceeding 1000 meters of altitude, according to the National Office of Meteorology.

As for the central reliefs, the bulletin indicated that the provinces concerned with this weather turbulence, which were placed in an “orange” alert level are: Blida, Medea, Tizi Ouzou and Bouira.

With respect to the eastern reliefs, the concerned provinces are: Bejaia, Jijel, Bordj Bou Arreridj, Setif, Mila, Constantine, Guelma, Souk Ahras, Oum El Bouaghi, Tebessa, Khenchela, and Batna.
