ALGIERS- The Speaker of the Council of the Nation, Salah Goudjil, said, Thursday, that “Algeria is the target” by the visit of the Minister of Defense of the Zionist entity to Morocco.
“The enemies are mobilizing more and more to harm Algeria”, underlined Mr. Goudjil at the end of the adoption of the finance law 2022 by the Council of the Nation, specifying that “today, with the visit of the Minister of Defense of the Zionist entity to Morocco, after that carried out by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of this entity in this neighboring country, who had threatened Algeria from there, with no reaction from the Moroccan government, the image is clearer….. Algeria is the target, “he stressed.
The Zionist Entity and Morocco inked a landmark agreement, laying the foundation for security cooperation, intelligence sharing, and future arms sales in Morocco.
The memorandum of understanding between the Zionist Defense Minister Benny Gantz and his Moroccan counterpart Abdellatif Loudiyi was signed, on Wednesday in Rabat, as part of the first-ever official visit by an the Zionist defence minister to one of the Arab states that normalised ties last year.
Morocco, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Sudan signed agreements to normalise relations with the Zionist Entity in 2020 as part of the Abraham Accords, brokered by the Trump administration.
In a statement, the Zionist Defense minister said that the agreement was “very significant, allowing to exchange ideas, enter joint projects and enable Zionist military exports in Morocco.”
