ALGIERS- Heavy rainfall is expected to batter, today, Thursday, Nov 17th, 2021, over different provinces of the country, according to a special weather report (BMS) issued by the services of the National Office of Meteorology.
The concerned provinces are: Ain Defla, Tipasa, Blida, Algiers, Boumerdes, Tizi Ouzou, Bouira, Bordj Bou Arreridj, Bejaia, Jijel, Setif, Mila and Constantine.
Bulletin validity: Till Thursday at 09:00.
Rainfall accumulation will reach or exceed 60 mm.
Besides, thunderstorms and torrential rains are expected to lash, Wednesday, over the following provinces: Algiers, Boumerdes, Tipasa, Blida, Medea, Bordj Bou Arreridj, Bejaia, Mila, Tizi Ouzou, Chlef, Setif, Jijel, Ain Defla, Bouira, Annaba, Constantine, Skikda and El Tarf.
Rain accumulation will locally reach 50mm.
Bulletin validity: Thursday dawn.
As for the following provinces: Beni Abbas and Bechar, rainfall accumulation will locally reach 30mm.
Bulletin validity: From midday until 21:00.
