President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, stressed, Saturday in Algiers, during the opening of the works of the government-governors meeting, that this third meeting constitutes an opportunity for “assessment, evaluation and foresight.”

In his speech, the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, said that this meeting is “an opportunity to take stock of goals that have been achieved and which were set based on the commitments made to the people,” noting that this meeting aims at “assessing, evaluation and foreseeing the effort that awaits us to achieve our short, medium and long-term goals in the process of establishing the rule of law, establishing good governance, ensuring social equity and restoring regional balance.”

The President of the Republic pointed out that the meeting’s slogan, “economic recovery, regional balance and social justice,” is “a title for the basic pillars included in these commitments to respond to citizens’ concerns and aspirations regarding housing, employment, health and infrastructure, in addition to encouraging investment, digitization, youth employment, wealth creation, agricultural development and energy transition. “.

He stressed that all of these “commitments and challenges, are monitored at all times to see what has been accomplished and what has not been achieved, through permanent follow-up mechanisms to determine responsibilities and remedy sometimes and take the necessary decisions some other times.”
