ALGIERS- The vice-president of the Libyan Presidential Council, Moussa Al-Kouni, on Thursday, arrived in Algiers as part of an official visit to Algeria.
Upon his arrival at the Houari Boumediene international airport, he was greeted by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the National Community Abroad Ramtane Lamamra.
