ALGIERS- Libyan Prime Minister Abdelhamid Dbeibah will pay an official visit to Algeria on Saturday, Algerian Foreign Minister Sabri Boukadoum announced.
This visit by the head of the transitional government to Libya comes on the occasion of the Algerian-Libyan economic forum being held in Algiers.
The Forum, whose work will last two days, aims to strengthen economic and trade cooperation between Algeria and Libya and to examine the opportunities for bilateral partnerships available between the different economic sectors of the two countries.
This event records the participation of 150 Libyan operators and 250 Algerian operators, representing different economic sectors, in addition to representatives of the various chambers of commerce, industry and agriculture and those of employers’ organizations and other government bodies activating in the economic field.
Along with the work of the forum, an exhibition on Algerian products (goods and services) will be organized at the Palace of Expositions (SAFEX) in Pins Maritimes (Algiers) on Sunday and Monday.
