ALGIERS- The Minister of Labor and Social Security, El Hachemi Djaaboub announced, Monday evening, that his ministerial department will take charge of the medical treatment abroad of the actor, Salah Aougrout, whose state of health suddenly deteriorated.
As such, he stressed that if the medical team dispatched to take charge of him deems this transfer measure necessary, the Ministry of Labor will take charge of him.
It is worth recalling that the relatives of the Algerian actor and comedian Salah Aougrout had launched, on Monday evening, an appeal to the Algerian authorities to transfer him abroad given the seriousness of his illness.
Following the distress call, the Minister of Culture and Arts, Malika Bendouda had given instructions for the immediate management of the state of health of the artist, Salah Aougrout, victim of ‘sudden discomfort’.
To this end, the minister said, in a statement released Monday evening, that she was closely monitoring the comedian’s state of health, while wishing him a speedy recovery.
