ALGIERS- Strong gusty winds, exceeding 70 km / h, are expected to blow, as of Wednesday, April 07th, 2021, along different coasts of the country, indicated the National Meteorological Office in a special weather bulletin (BMS).
According to the same report, the concerned coasts are: Bouharoun, Algiers, Dellys, Ténès, Mostaganem, Arzew and Oran.
Bulletin validity: From midday to midnight.
As long as winds’ speed is concerned, it will exceed 70km/ h, with waves heights exceeding 4 meters with turbulences during the period of validity of this bulletin.
In addition, the same office warned of strong winds, gusting up to 60 km / h, with waves heights exceeding 3 meters with turbulences during the period of validity of this bulletin.
The winds will be expected from midday until 06:00 tomorrow morning.
As for the coasts concerned, they are: Jijel, Skikda, Bejaia, Annaba, El Kala, Azfoun, Marsa Bin Mahidi, Ghazouat, and Beni Saf.
