FM Boukadoum holds talks with counterparts in Niamey


NIAMEY-Minister of Foreign Affairs Sabri Boukadoum held talks with several Arab and African counterparts on the sidelines of the 47th session of the Council of Foreign Affairs of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).

Mr Boukadoum met in particular with the heads of diplomacy of Tunisia Othmane Jrandi, Libya Mohamed Tahar Siala, Niger Kalla Ankourao, Chad Amine Abba-Sidick and Togo Robert Dussey.

He also spoke with his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu, and Kuwaiti Sheikh Ahmad Nasser al-Sabah.

Discussions between Mr. Boukadoum and his counterparts focused mainly on the development of bilateral cooperation as well as on major regional and international issues of common interest, particularly in the Sahel region and Africa in general.
