ALGIERS – The Criminal Chamber at the Supreme Court rendered a judgment, on Wednesday, concerning the appeal case brought by the Military Prosecutor General at the Court of Appeal of Blida, Bouteflika Said, Tartag Athmane, Louisa Hanoune and Mediene Mohamed, bearing acceptance of the cassation appeal and referral of the case and the parties to the Blida Military Court of Appeal.
“On November 18, 2020, the criminal chamber at the Supreme Court, section III, rendered a judgment concerning the cassation appeal case brought by the Military Prosecutor General at the Blida Court of Appeal, Bouteflika Said, Tartag Athmane, Louiza Hanoune and Mediene Mohamed, accepting, in substance and form, the cassation, the annulment of the decision in appeal and the referral of the case and the parties to the Blida’s Military Court of Appeal, which will be formed by another component to rule on it, in accordance with the law, ” said the press release from the Attorney General of the Supreme Court.
