Final tribute to Algeria’s martyrs: Imperative to respect measures to combat COVID-19

Algeria – In a press release published this Friday, July 3, the Mujahideen ( War Veterans) ministry highlighted the measures to be respected by people wishing to pay a final tribute to the martyrs of the Popular Resistance.

Thus, the ministry indicated that it is imperative to respect measures to combat COVID-19 such as, wearing a mask and respecting social distancing.

It should be recalled that the Palace of Culture Moufdi Zakaria in Algiers, where the skulls and the remains of the leaders of the Popular Resistance will be installed, will be open to the public on Saturday July 4 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

They will be buried the next day, Sunday July 5, coinciding with Independence Day, at the Martyrs Square in El Alia cemetery in Algiers, in the presence of President Abdelmadjid Tebboune.
