President Tebboune receives phone call from his French counterpart

ALGIERS – The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune received, Tuesday evening, a phone call from his French counterpart, Emmanuel Macron, said the Presidency of the Republic in a press release.

During this telephone talks, the two presidents “discussed the efforts made by each country to curb the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic,” the statement said.

“After having reviewed the bilateral relations, the two parties agreed to further strengthen them while guaranteeing mutual interest and total respect for the specificity and sovereignty of each of the two countries “, added the same source.
