Court of Koléa (Tipasa):Trial of Karim Tabou adjourned to April 27

TIPASA- The Koléa court (Tipasa) decided on Monday to adjourn the trial of Karim Tabou, president of the Democratic and Social Union (UDS) (non-approved party), to April 27.

This decision to postpone the trial of Karim Tabbou, who has been prosecuted since last September for “damaging the morale of the Army”, was taken at the request of the accused’s defense group.

The Koléa prosecutor’s office had transferred the case to the investigating judge, who on 11 September ordered his detention on remand. On September 25, the Tipasa Court Indictment Chamber released him and placed him under judicial supervision after the defense appealed against the decision to remand him.
