MEDINA (Saudi Arabia) – The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, wrapped up his state visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on Thursday at the invitation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Sites of Islam, King Salman ben Abdelaziz Al-Saud.
During his visit, the President of the Republic met with the Servant of the Holy Places, King Salman ben Abdelaziz Al Saoud, who organized an official ceremony and luncheon in his honor at the Royal Cabinet in Ryadh.
The two leaders discussed ways and means of strengthening bilateral cooperation and concerted action on issues of common interest.
President Tebboune also met on Wednesday with the Saudi crown prince , Emir Mohamed bin Salman Ben Abdelaziz Al-Saoud, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense.
At the end of his state visit, Mr. Tebboune went on Thursday afternoon to the Prophet’s Mosque in Medinah, where he prayed and visited the Prophet’s tomb (PBUH).
