Algeria -Ahmed Ouyahia, the former Minister of Industry, Youcef Yousfi and businessman Ahmed Maazouz were questioned this morning by the investigating judge.
Before the judge, Youcef Yousfi, mentioned that he had a dispute with Ouyahia on the Maazouz case, noting that the ex-prime minister had ordered a tax exemption instruction for the benefit of the foreign partner of the Maazouz Group.
This opinion was shared by Mohamed Alouane, chairman of the technical report commission at the Directorate-General for Development and Technology. Alouane, during this unprecedented judicial session, referred to the privileges granted by Ouyahia to the Maazouz Group.
Earlier, Youcef Yousfi denied all the charges against him.He explained that he had just executed instructions from former Prime Minister Ahmed Ouyahia.
