Torrential rains, will batter, today, Friday, August, 30th, 2019, several Southern and Eastern provinces of the country, according to the National Office of Meteorology.
The concerned provinces: Biskra, Batna, Khenchela, Oum El-Bouaghi, Tébessa and Souk-Ahras.
Bulletin validity: As of this evening to Saturday morning.
With respect to the Southern part, the concerned provinces are: Adrar, Bechar and Tamanrasset.
