Iranian Ambassador to Algeria hands over letter of credentials to FM


The newly appointed Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria Hossein Machalchi Zadeh, met, on Tuesday in Algiers, with the Forein Minister Sabri Boukadoum to hand over his Letter of Credentials, according to a tweet from the official account of the Iranian Embassy in Algeria.

Foreign minister Sabri Boukadoum received Mr. Hossein Machalchi Zadeh, who presented to him copies of his credentials as the extraordinary and plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria.

During their meeting, both officials hailed both countries’ long-standing and exceptional  friendly and brotherly relations, saying these bonds are based on long-term friendship and close cooperation in all spheres.

In this aspect, they expressed a sincere will to further strengthen and expand them to other areas in the best interests of both countries.

Besides, they exchanged views on the different aspects of bilateral relations and cooperation and means to to raise them to a higher level for the benefit of the two brother peoples. In addition to the latest regional and international developments.

For his part, Foreign Minister wished the Iranian Ambassador best luck in his mission to strengthen ties between Algeria and Iran.

On the other hand, The Iranian Diplomat underlined Iran’s readiness to boost cooperation with Algeria and extend it to other areas.

Earlier in November, the Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif paid a visit to Algeria, for the sake to give new prospects and further impetus and substance to both countries’ ties and cooperation.
