Authorities begin to recover lands granted to Ali Haddad

Arrested last March 31 while trying to flee to Tunisia, Ali Haddad has been in prison since that famous date. Accused of forgery and use of forgery, the former head of the FCE is targeted in several corruption investigations.

In the same context, the authorities began the procedures for recovery of several lands granted to Ali Haddad, according to the National Radio.

No less than 50 000 hectares have been recovered, according to a revelation made by the wali of El Bayadh, Mr. Djamel Khenfar to the APS. The lands are located in Birizina in the wilaya of El Bayadh. El Bayadh’s wali was also summoned by the Sidi Mhamed court, last week, to testify in this case.
