OUARGLA- A Berber language glossary in “Tachelhit”, a variant of Oued-Righ (Touggourt), has been released to promote the national Berber heritage.

Entitled Iles’enna (our Tachelhit language), this glossary, a 58-page publication by the author Youcef Ghettas, is intended especially for learners of the Amazigh language.
With some 700 lexemes, the glossary contains the Amazigh alphabet, supported by images and explanatory drawings in Tifinagh, and sometimes in Latin and Arabic characters, to introduce the learner to the vocalization of the Amazigh text.
This publication also presents general rules of the grammar and spelling of this variant Tachelhit, in addition to certain syntactic rules, pronouns, punctuation, and other components of the Amazigh phrase and linguistic notions, including the different types of declarative, interrogative and exclamatory sentences.
