ORAN (Algeria)-Two successful plays of the Oran “Abdelkader-Alloula” Regional Theatre (TRO) are scheduled for a tour in three cities of the country during this holy month of Ramadan, said Monday the director of this cultural structure.
The TNA audience will also be invited on May 28th to discover Mohamed Bakhti’s play entitled “Maaroud lel h’wa”, which will also be on view at theaters in Constantine (May 30) and Oum El-Bouaghi ( 31 May), said the director of Oran’s theatre.
These two productions are among the most recent of the TRO, he said, recalling that they were already played at the TNA last March.
The comedy “Harlequin valet of two masters” had been performed in Oran on March 16 on the occasion of the commemoration of the 25th year of the disappearance of the late dramatist Abdelkader Alloula (1939-1994).
This piece is the result of a partnership between the TRO and the TNA in tribute to the late Alloula who made the first version of the same work in 1993.
