Research brigade of the National Gendarmerie of Bab Jdid arrested, today, April 22, 2019, the Kouninef brothers, according to Ennaher TV.
Reda, Tarek and Karim Kouninef have, therefore, been arrested this morning by the National Gendarmerie. The bosses of the group KOUGC were the subject of an arrest on cases of contracts concluded with the state.
The three brothers have already been banned from leaving the country. These arrests occur in a context marked by popular protests that have lasted in Algeria for two months.
In addition, the National Gendarmerie has summoned several politicians and actors of the national economy to hear them in several cases.
