The Indonesian film “Banda the Dark Forgotten Trail”, subtitled in English, will be screened as part of MIKTA film week, taking place as of Tuesday, April, 16, 2019, the Indonesian Embassy announced in a tweet.

 

In this aspect, the Embassy invites all movie goers in Algeria to attend the screening of the film at the Embassy of South Korea, starting from 15.00.

“Inviting all movie goers in Algeria to MIKTA film week, 16 April 2019, at the Embassy of South Korea, starting from 15.00. We will screen an Indonesian film “Banda the Dark Forgotten Trail”, subtitle in English,” reads the twwet.

 

Directed by Jay Subyakto, Banda: The Dark Forgotten Trail is a documentary, which explores the story behind the Banda Islands, hoping to educate the young generation about the preciousness of nutmeg and how the Spice Islands shaped the history of Indonesia.
