Algeria: Kouninef, Tahkut, Haddad … 12 oligarchs targeted by investigation

Algeria – Several Algerian oligarchs are targeted by preliminary investigations ordered by the Court of Algiers and entrusted to the research brigade of the National Gendarmerie of Bab J’did.

 

In this aspect, up to 12 oligarchs are the object of a decision of prohibition to leave the national territory. They are, also, deprived from their passports.

The tycoons are:

– Kouninef Reda, born July 13, 1972. He is forbidden to leave the national territory and  ordered to hand his travel documents.

– Kouninef Noa (or Noah) Tarek, born April 16, 1974. He is forbidden to leave the national territory and ordered his travel documents.

– Kouninef Abdelkader Karim, born April 27, 1970. He is forbidden to leave the national territory and ordered to hand his travel documents.

– Haddad Ali, born January 27, 1965. He is forbidden to leave the national territory and ordered to hand his travel documents.

– Haddad Omar (aka Rebbouh), born January 19, 1963. He is forbidden to leave the national territory and ordered to hand his travel documents.

– Tahkout Mahieddine, born on April 13, 1963. He is forbidden to leave the national territory and ordered to hand his travel documents.

– Tahkout Nacer, born March 6, 1959. He is forbidden to leave the national territory and  ordered to hand his travel documents.

– Tahkout Billel, born July 2, 1993. He is forbidden to leave the national territory and  ordered to hand his travel documents.

– Bairi Mohamed, born August 24, 1970. He is forbidden to leave the national territory and ordered to hand his travel documents.

– Ould Youcef Mohamed, born on January 23, 1985. He is forbidden to leave the national territory and ordered to hand his travel documents.

– Boudia Ibrahim, born March 4, 1986. He is forbidden to leave the national territory and ordered to hand his travel documents.
