TUNIS (Tunisia)- Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs Ramtane Lamamra was received Friday, in Tunis, By Tunisian President Béji Caid Essebsi.
The meeting comes on the sidelines of the meeting of Arab foreign ministers, preparatory for the 30th Arab Summit scheduled for Sunday.
For his part, the President of the Tunisian Republic emphasized the strategic relations between Tunisia and Algeria, as well as the importance of cooperation and coordination between the two countries in the various fields, in particular, the security and the fight against terrorism. He also expressed his serenity for the situation in Algeria, insisting on its vital role in the region and underlining that the Arab region is going through difficult times that require more solidarity in order to meet all the challenges that arise.
