Algeria’s future not dependent on an electoral event

DJELFA- Minister of Interior, Local Authorities and National Planning Noureddine Bedoui affirmed Tuesday, in Djelfa, that Algeria is “planning for the next years and that its future isn’t dependent on an electoral event.”

Chairing a meeting with the citizens and representatives of the civil society at the end of his inspection visit to Djelfa, the minister said that “Algeria is planning for the next years and that its future is not restricted to an electoral event, especially as it is steering towards growth and development.”

Bedoui pointed out that what has been noticed throughout his visits to this province’s communes as well as in all the country’s provinces is really encouraging, hailed “ the young engineers, entrepreneurs, doctors, craftsmen and others who are devotedly working for the future of their country.”

There are also those “belonging to the different security bodies along the borders who are scarifying themselves so our country lives in security and serenity, conveying an image of a peaceful Algeria,” he said.

For the next presidential election, Bedoui said “we are getting ready for a very important rendezvous in which Algeria will affirm that it is a Rule of Law and will set an additional milestone in the building of its democracy.”

“We are facing great responsibilities for the success of this key event while creating the best conditions. We will remain neutral and transparent because our country is politically mature and its people are aware about this stage’s challenges. We are all mobilized for the success of the next election,” he concluded.
