32nd AU Summit: PM Ouyahia arrives in Addis Ababa to represent President Bouteflika


ALGIERS- Premier, Ahmed Ouyahia arrived, Friday evening in Addis Ababa, to represent President of the Republic, Abdelaziz Bouteflika at the 32nd Summit of the African Union (AU) Heads of State and Government scheduled for 10-11 February in the Ethiopian capital.  

Ouyahia will lead the Algerian delegation to the AU summit, themed;  “The Year of Refugees, Returnees and Internally Displaced Persons in Africa: Towards Sustainable Solutions to Forced Displacement”.

The prime minister will also represent the head of state at the African Peer Review Mechanism Summit (APRM) and at the NEPAD Summit on Saturday.

The Prime Minister is accompanied at this summit by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Abdelkader Messahel.

The 32nd Summit of Heads of State and Government was preceded by the 34th session of the Executive Council of the AU.
