Cold weather and torrential rains, snowfall will batter, today, Monday, January, 28, 2019,13 Eastern and Northern provinces of the country, according to the National Office of Meteorology.
The concerned provinces are: Tizi-Ouzou, Béjaia, Jijel, Skikda, Annaba, El-Tarf, Sétif, North of Bouira , North of Bordj Bou Arreridj, Mila, Constantine, Guelma and Souk Ahras.
Bulletin will come into effect at 18:00 and remain valid until tomorrow, Tuesday, at 06:00.
