The Algerian passport, with 50 visa free countries, is the 88th most powerful passport in the world according to a ranking revealed this week by the consulting firm Henley & Partners.
In a press release issued yesterday, Tuesday, January 08, 2019, the Algerian passport wins places and currently occupies the 88th position, revealed Henley & Partners.
France and Germany occupy second place, as their passports give access to 188 destinations without a visa. Denmark, Finland, Sweden and Italy are ranked fourth with 187 countries.
Japan, for the second time in a row, has topped the global index for the world’s most powerful passport in 2019.
