Three dead in slab collapse of construction site managed by Turkish company in Algiers


At least three workers were killed and two others seriously injured in the collapse of a concrete slab in an AADL housing project in Rahmania, west of Algiers, according to civil protection.

The collapse of this slab took place around 7:00 am, burying five people under the rubble. At first, the elements of civil protection managed to get two people out, one of whom was unconscious.

The three workers who were buried for several minutes were, unfortunately, found dead.

According to our information, the site in question belongs to a Turkish company in charge of building housing of the AADL formula.
