Over 90 exhibitors at National Saharan Craft Fair


More than 90 exhibitors are expected at the 19th National Saharan Craft Fair, scheduled from 25 to 31 December in the province of Tamanrasset, said, Thursday, the local Chamber of Crafts and Trades (CAM).

Placed under the slogan “Identity, coexistence and openness”, this national event, which will house the traditional crafts of the capital of the Ahaggar, will bring together craftsmen from twenty wilayas of the country, in addition to artisans of Mali and Niger, said the director of the CMA, Abdallah Legraoui.

The exhibition will include various stands dedicated to the exhibition of traditional jewelery, traditional weaving and sewing products, pottery, cabinetry, traditional pastry, leather goods and brassware, in addition to products from the pilot school of gemology of Tamanrasset.
