Sonatrach inks two framework agreements, five contracts with national companies


National oil group Sonatrach inked, Sunday, in Algiers, two framework agreements and five contracts with national public and private companies in line with its policy to encourage national integration in oil and gas industries.

The two framework agreements and five contracts were inked in the presence of CEO Ould Kadour at the end of the first day organized by Sonatrach on “Opportunities for Algerian Companies”.
The first framework agreement has been signed for the performance of services by EPE of the IMETAL group for the benefit of Sonatrach and its subsidiaries and the second one signed with Algérie Télécom Satellite (ATS) on the rental and subscription service.
On the same occasion, an agreement was signed and initialed with ALFAPIPE for the supply of 48 ” diameter tubes with a length of 203 km, for the project Extension of the GPDF Pipeline Transport System (Pedro Durant Farrel) with the amount of  13380 million AD. The second contract has been inked  with the COSIDER-ENAC Group for the construction of the gas pipeline, with a diameter of 48 ” and a length of 197 km.
The agreement signed with ENIE concerns the supply of solar panels for Ordovician wells, part of the Ordovician field development project Ohanet for an amount of 132 million AD while the one related to KAHRIF revolves around the electrification of Western fields of Touat, by the realization of a 30KV (60km) and a 30KV (110km) power line network.
Finally, the last contract, with an amount of  2091 million AD has been signed with ENR for the realization of the decommissioning operation (installation and civil engineering) of the five units of Complex CP1K-Skikda and the recovery of ferrous and non-ferrous waste as well as the restoration of the site.
