President Bouteflika conducts partial reshuffle of judiciary

President of the Republic Abdelaziz Bouteflika, on Tuesday, conducted a partial reshuffle in the judiciary, said the Presidency of the Republic in a communiqué.

 

“Pursuant to the provisions of Article 92 of the Constitution and Article 49 of the organic law 04-11 of 21 Rajab 1425, corresponding to 6 September 2004, on the status of the judiciary, His Excellency, President of the Republic Abdelaziz Bouteflika has conducted today a partial reshuffle in the judiciary,” said the communiqué.

The partial reshuffle includes new appointments of presiding judges, public prosecutors, presiding judges of administrative tribunals and state commissioners at administrative tribunals.

 

As a result, the Head of State appointed as presiding judges:

 

– Saidi Mohammed, presiding judge of the Court of Laghouat,

– Ben Amara Smail, presiding judge of the Court of Batna,

– Azzioune Mahmoud, presiding judge of the Court of Tebessa,

– Hadj Ali Ouchafa, presiding judge of the Court of Jijel,

– Zadi Boudjema, presiding judge of the Court of Setif,

– Mansour Ahmed, presiding judge of the Court of Medea,

– Bouderbala Mohammed, presiding judge of the Court of M’sila,

– Missouri Amara, presiding judge of the Court of Mascara,

– Noukha Ali, presiding judge of the Court of Illizi,

– Derfouf Mohamed, presiding judge of the Court of Boumerdes,

– Maameria Lazhari, presiding judge of the Court of El Tarf,

– Boulcina Ahcene, presiding judge of the Court of Khenchela,

– Bouhaddi Nacera, presiding judge of the Court of Ain Defla,

 

— as public prosecutors:

 

– Belkhelfa Smain, public prosecutor at the Court of Adrar,

– Belaidi Ahmed, public prosecutor at the Court of Tebessa,
