A seminar on investment opportunities in Algeria will take place on 9 July in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), announced the National Agency for Investment Development (ANDI) on its website.
Organized by ANDI in collaboration with the Saudi Investment Promotion Authority and with the assistance of the Algerian Embassy in Saudi Arabia, this meeting will be held in the framework of the implementation of the recommendations resulting from the work of the 13th session of Algerian-Saudi Joint Commission, held last April in the Saudi capital.
In this aspect, Mr. Abdelkrim Mansouri, Director General of ANDI, will lead a delegation of Algerian businessmen to take part in this event.
This day will see the participation of institutional representatives, economic operators and investors from both countries.
It will be devoted to the presentation of investment and partnership opportunities in Algeria, particularly in the sectors of agriculture, industry, renewable energies, tourism and ICT.
An information stand will be set up by ANDI to address the Saudi business community to provide all the information and practical details on entrepreneurship, incentives, mechanisms and measurest and investment support.
Business and partnership meetings will also be organized during this day between Saudi businessmen and Algerian economic operators who will present to the Saudi side mature projects in various fields of activity.
As a reminder, the 13th session of Algerian-Saudi Joint commission, held last April in Riyadh, was devoted to evaluating bilateral cooperation and identifying the prospects for cooperation between the two countries.
It wrapped up with the signing of three agreements in investment, normalization and in the field of the international relations.
