Israeli forces shot and killed 41 Palestinians, on Monday, along the Gaza border on Monday, Gaza’s health ministry said, ahead of the US embassy’s controversial move from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.
At least 41 Palestinians were martyred, on Monday, by Israeli gunfire in Gaza Strip, according to the Health Ministry.
“Anas Hemdan Qadih, 21, was martyred east of Khan Yunis city,” ministry spokesman Ashraf al-Qidra said in a statement.
Another Palestinian, Mosaab Abu Leila, 29, was shot dead east of Jabalia city in the northern Gaza Strip, he said.
Israel says its troops have used live ammunition to prevent a border fence from being damaged or breached.
More than 900 Palestinians were wounded by live ammunition fired by Israeli soldiers on Monday, the health officials said.
