Algeria, DR Congo agree on enhancing higher education cooperation

Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Tahar Hadjar held, Sunday, in Algiers, a meeting with Minister of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration of the Democratic Republic of Congo, Leonard She Okitundu, in which they agreed on further strengthening bilateral cooperation in higher education and scientific research, the ministry said in a statement.

Earlier, Algeria and the Democratic Republic of Congo signed an agreement on the setting-up of a joint cooperation committee between the two countries, as well as a memorandum of understanding on political consultation.
