Algerian chefs on training in Paris to reinvent Algerian gastronomy

A team of chefs and butlers from the El Aurassi hotel chain in Algiers are currently in Paris for a training course, supervised by French starred chefs, to revisit and reinvent Algerian gastronomy.

The initiative, which is the work of Hakim Gaouaoui, owner of a group of restaurants in the Paris region, is supported by the CEO of the Tourism Group Thermalism Group (HTT), Lazhar Bounafaa, and the CEO El Aurassi, Abdelkader Lamri, and sponsored by the Ministry of Tourism and Handicrafts.
