Counterterrorism: six (06) homemade bombs destroyed in Batna

As part of the fight against terrorism and following a search operation conducted in Batna, on April 12, 2018, a detachment of People’s National Army discovered and destroyed six (06) homemade bombs.


As part of the fight against smuggling and organized crime, detachments of People’s National Army have defeated, in Tébessa, Souk Ahras and El Tarf, attempts to smuggle (12737) liters of fuel, while another detachment seized (0.36) tonnes of food at In Guezzam.

On the other hand, elements of the National Gendarmerie intercepted, in Tlemcen, a drug trafficker in possession of (9.5) kilograms of treated Hashish.

Similarly, seven (07) illegal immigrants of different nationalities were apprehended in Tlemcen.
