Some 27,000 housing units to be delivered in next three months


Some 27,000 housing units will be delivered gradually in 19 provinces over the next three months, said Saturday in Algiers Minister of Housing, Urban Planning and the City Abdelwahid Temmar.

In this aspect, the Minister said that more than 52,000 housing units  will be distributed gradually.

The National Agency for Improvement and Development of Housing (AADL), continued the minister, will issue 50,000 pre-allocation certificates to subscribers in 2013, through 26 wilayas including 10,000 certificates in Algiers, adding that the first quota will be distributed at the end of April.

Noting that 30% of AADL 2 subscribers (2013) are young people, Mr. Temmar highlighted the efforts exerted by his sector to help this category benefit from housing.
