The member of African National Congress (ANC), the ruling party in South Africa, Zwelivelile Mandela, grandson of Nelson Mandela, stressed the need to boost relations between Algeria and South Africa, the People’s National Assembly (lower house of Parliament) said Monday in a statement.

Victory or death is the message that should inspire all African countries to liberate the last colony in Africa.

According to Zwelivelile Mandela, this international conference whose theme is “The Right of Peoples to the Resistance: the case of the Saharawi people” and which coincides with the celebration of the centenary of Nelson Mandela (1918-2018), will be the occasion to “reaffirm the Sahrawis’ inalienable combat support.

In this context, the grandson of the late Mandela reiterated his country’s support for the struggle of peoples for their right to freedom. “We as a party (ANC) and South African government support the self-determination of the people of Western Sahara,” he said.
