Renault Algeria: 8,000 semi-assembled vehicles imported from Romania in 2 months

In the first two months of 2018, Renault Algeria plant in Oran imported some 8,036 “semi-assembled” vehicles from the Dacia plant in Romania.

 

According to figures released on March 20 by the Romanian Association of Automobile Manufacturers, SKD vehicles, semi-assembled bodies, were shipped to Algeria between January and February 2018.

As a reminder, during the year 2017, Renault Algeria imported up to 20,000 bodies of the symbol “Made in Bladi” from the AvtoVaz plant in Russia.
