Seven industrial groups coming under the Industry and Mines Ministry and the companies of the Post and ICT Ministry signed Wednesday in Algiers several agreements to meet the ICT equipment market with locally manufactured products and reduce imports, said the top officials of the sectors.
Signatures of the framework agreements took place between industrial groups and state-owned companies in the telecommunications sector, at a ceremony chaired by the Minister of Industry and Mines, Youcef Yousfi, and the Minister of Post, Telecommunications, Technologies and Digital (MPTTN), Imane Houda Feraoun, in the presence of the P-dg of the groups and companies concerned.
