South Sudan have appointed German-born Algerian Ahcene Ait-Abdelmelek as country’s new national team coach.
The Algerian official will replace Abdurrahman Rajab who has been temporarily in charge of the team since late last year.

Last week, the South Sudan Football Association (SSFA) said two coaches, Jorge Anon from Uruguayan and Ahcene Ait Abdelmalek, had expressed interest in working with the national team.
His salary of $5,000 per month will be paid by Indian Transportation, Logistics and Construction Company Tristar Limited.
The Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports will pay his bonuses and cater for housing and transport.
